When making an hotel reservation through the Official Hospitality Partner (I VIAGGI DEL PERIGEO) you will obtain a free “Services Card” that allows to:

  • Discounts:
    • 10% discount for the Gala Dinner on July 10th
    • 20% discount for the “Farewell Party” on July 13th
    • 10% discount on merchandise purchase inside the Nuova Fiera di Roma
    • 10% discount on the Nuova Fiera di Roma parking package purchase
    • 10% discount on the cost of accreditation for accompanying persons

City tax and anything not mentioned in “The price includes”.

  • From reservation up to 120 days before event: penalty is 30% of the total amount
  • From 120 to 30 days before the event: penalty is 70% of the total amount
  • From 30 to 0 days before the event: penalty is 100% of the total amount
