General Information

Foreign players and their accompanying persons are responsible for their physical and mental fitness. It is recommended that all participants obtain a medical certificate of fitness for sport before participating in the event.

All Italian athletes registered for the event must comply with the provisions of the Decree of the Minister of Health of 18 February 1982 on compulsory health certification in order to participate.

The Organising Committee does not provide health insurance for participants. We therefore recommend that participants take out personal health insurance before arriving in Italy. Any costs for medical treatment will not, under any circumstances, be borne by the organisers.

The organisers will, however, guarantee the constant presence at the venue of a doctor and an ambulance and first aid service.

The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, theft, or damage of any kind.

covid-19 or other pandemic events

The number of entrants may be reduced in relation to any restrictions or limitations that may be imposed by future national regulations on the containment of the spread of Covid-19 and/or other pandemic events. Current health regulations in Italy do not provide for any restrictions on entry to Italy for those residing in foreign countries.

If necessary, a specific protocol to limit the influence of possible pandemic events will be drawn up and published.

Any updates regarding health regulations and restrictions in force from time to time will be given promptly.
